On Time Policy
At Gullotta Orthodontics we pride ourselves on running on time. It is not like other medical practices where clients can be kept waiting for lengthy periods. This assists our Patients with scheduling other activities in their busy lives.
To maintain our running on time policy we ask patients to be on time or a few minutes early for their appointment.
We understand that due traffic and other life demands that you may get delayed and unfortunately, in some cases if you are running late for your appointment we may need to reschedule that appointment so as not to adversely affect other Patients. We will do our utmost to help you resolve this situation.
In rare circumstances, usually due to emergencies or unexpected breakages, we may actually be running behind but we will keep you promptly advised of any delays.

We have purposely designed our environment with you and your children in mind. We have worked closely with Child Psychologists to overcome the ‘negative stress and fear factor’ usually associated with Orthodontic or Dental work to create a fun filled environment where children and teens feel safe, inspired, uplifted and excited about coming to.
