With traditional braces, brackets are placed on each tooth one at a time, a process that can take over an hour in the chair. LightForce Metal works differently.
Because every LightBracket Metal™ is custom 3D-printed to fit your teeth exactly, they arrive pre-set in transfer trays ready to be placed precisely and efficiently in a single appointment. This process is known as indirect bonding. The result is a faster fitting process with brackets positioned exactly where they need to be from day one.

Yes. The brackets are smaller and sit closer to the tooth than traditional metal braces, making them noticeably less bulky. Not invisible, but a meaningful improvement on what most people picture when they think of metal braces.
Standard braces use the same off-the-shelf brackets for every patient. LightForce Metal brackets are 3D-printed specifically for your teeth, which means a better fit from day one and less adjustment needed throughout treatment.
Dental Monitoring is a weekly at-home scanning tool used throughout your treatment. You scan your teeth using a simple app and Dr Gullotta reviews your progress remotely, reducing the number of in-clinic visits needed without compromising on care.
Most foods are fine. Hard, sticky and crunchy foods are best avoided as they can damage the brackets, things like hard lollies, popcorn and crusty bread. Outside of that, day to day eating is largely unaffected.
It’s common to notice a slight change in the way you speak when your braces are first fitted, a slight lisp is normal. Your tongue and lips will adjust quickly and speech returns to normal within a week or two for most patients.
