Invisalign is an almost invisible way to straighten teeth without wires or brackets. Invisalign uses a series of custom-made, clear, removable aligners to gradually straighten teeth. Each aligner moves teeth incrementally and is worn for about 7 days, then replaced by the next aligner in the series until the final tooth positions are achieved.
The results achieved with Invisalign clear aligners are dependent on compliance by the patient and the skill and expertise of the treating doctor. In the majority of cases, an experienced doctor can achieve excellent results with clear aligners that are comparable to those achieved with braces.
